Data we collect

When you use Attrk, we collect the following data:

• Account information: email address, display name, and profile data you provide
• Click data: anonymized information about clicks on your links, including country (derived from IP, which is not stored), device type, browser, traffic source, and timestamp
• Platform connections: public profile information from connected platforms (name, avatar, follower count)

Cookies

We use strictly necessary technical cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Attrk service:

• Display your analytics dashboard and click statistics
• Generate your public link-in-bio page
• Improve our service through aggregated, anonymized usage statistics

No data selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours.

Data retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Click analytics data is retained for 12 months for Pro users and 7 days for Free users. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate personal data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Right to object: object to processing of your personal data
