Purpose of the service

Attrk is a link attribution platform that provides content creators with link-in-bio pages, short links, click analytics, and platform connections. The service is operated by JDevelop EURL, based in Toulouse, France.

Account creation

To use Attrk, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Attrk only for lawful purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

• Sharing links to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempting to manipulate click data or analytics
• Using automated tools to generate fake clicks
• Impersonating other users or creators
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual property

Attrk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JDevelop EURL. You retain ownership of all content you create and share through the platform.

Limitation of liability

Attrk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France.
